Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/5371The main objective of this study is to understand how affective relationships and respectful education between teachers and interns can influence the development of babies in the age group of one and two years old. The interest in developing this research arose as a result of my internship experience at a day care center, as it contributed significantly to my training. Thus, I assume narrative research as an epistemological support in this study, as it understands the formation, knowledge and learning processes through which the subjects are inserted. Therefore, it constitutes the corpus of this research through interviews with open questions recorded in audio, and later transcribed and analyzed. The research subjects are: two teachers and an intern, all of whom work at the same institution. In this study I used as the main theoretical source the works of author Jane Nelsen, precursor and main creator of Respectful Education. In view of the results obtained from the teachers' narratives and my own experience with this practical and philosophical approach, I found that respectful education and affection go together in building responsible, cooperative children who have respect for themselves and others. In addition, they help adults to deal with the challenges of setting limits and, at the same time, forming emotional bonds with children.Acesso AbertoAfetividadeCrecheEducação infantilAffectivityDaycareChild educationCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANASAfetividade e educação respeitosa na creche: narrativas de professorasTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
