We analyzed the components of precipitation and soil moisture to quantify the growth of roots. For this study we used 18 images taken through rhizotrons, cameras that are attached to the ground and make it possible to check the growth of roots, nine rhizotrons in each plot (A and B). To calculate the total biomass and density of roots used the technique Ingrothw colors.
