Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/10079This study aims to address topics related to Archival Literacy, Users and Uses Studies, focusing on the archival activities of the staff at the Court of Accounts of the Municipalities of the State of Pará. The research conducted is qualitative and basic in nature, and its methodological procedures include descriptive investigation, aimed at observing, analyzing, and recording the phenomenon; and explanatory investigation, aimed at identifying factors that contribute to its occurrence. Additionally, it combined a literature review and a case study. Data collection was carried out through the analysis of a semi-structured interview and non-participant observation. These methodological procedures were chosen to help answer the guiding research question: 'How does Archival Literacy manifest in the activities carried out by the staff of the Functional Control Sector of the Court of Accounts of the Municipalities of the State of Pará?' In line with the general objective “to analyze the manifestation of Archival Literacy in the activities carried out by these subjects.” The research results indicated the categorization of these subjects as hybrid users; with characteristics consistent with the Operational Context of Archival Literacy; archival uses aimed at administrative action, technical and scientific research with combined functional and personal interests.
