The goal was to present a study verifying that the economic exploitation of the System of Environmental Protection Watershed Utinga performed by Cosanpa is practiced based on Social Responsibility? And, more specifically, describe the context of Water Resources; explain the scenario that covers the System of Environmental Protection Watershed Utinga (Lagos Agua Preta and Bologna), demonstrate the features that involve the issue of economic exploitation based on social responsibility .. The methodology is based on a qualitative research, in this case, literature, and quantitative research, accordingly, a field research which allowed a response to questions raised about whether Cosanpa in fulfilling its obligations to supply the population with services water supply and sanitation underlies in the commitment of social responsibility to the community?
