Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/5860This undergraduate course in Architecture and Urbanism proposes an architectural project for an office building based on the use of passable energies. The work was developed based on bibliographic researchin which examples of eco-sustainable buildings were consulted, collecting information on the functioning and real needs of this type of building, as well as adopting bioclimatic strategies appropriate to the characteristics of its location. Throughout the work some necessary fundamental concepts were approached, such as: luminal and thermal comfort; natural ventilation; and brises soleil system, factors that are closely related to the good performance of activities inside the building. As a result, with the defined architectural design, analyzes were performed by simulating the incident ventilation flow, the shading of the surroundings on the building; internal lighting in the office rooms and the correct positioning of the brises soleil.
