The search conducted in Google Scholar retrieved approximately 620 records, from which nine studies were selected for in-depth analysis after applying inclusion and exclusion criteria related to thematic relevance, methodological rigor, and full-text availability. The results indicate that ICT's, particularly digital simulations (e.g., PhET), video analysis, and educational games, support the visualization and manipulation of physical variables, enhancing the understanding of relationships among force, mass, acceleration, and motion. Additionally, these resources promote more interactive and inquiry-oriented learning environments. However, the findings also show that such contributions are not automatic, depending on instructional design, teacher mediation, and alignment with conceptual learning objectives. Limitations include the small number of studies analyzed and the use of a single database. It is concluded that planned ICT integration can support the teaching of Newton"s Laws when embedded in theorctically grounded pedagogical practices. Future rescarch should adopt more robust research designs and employ standardized assessment instruments, such as the Force Concept Inventory (FCI), to evaluate conceptual learning outcomes.
