Apartments with two or three bedrooms in multifamily buildings designed or launched between 2000 and 2020 were analyzed. The objective was to identify significative morphological changes over these years, as well as organizational patterns of floorplans concerning their sectorization. This research analyzes apartment floorplans in Belém aiming for the identification of repetitions and renewals of special arrangements. The methodology is based on functional aspects of the space (architectural brief), morphological aspects (areas and sectorization), the configuration of space through the spatial syntax method and the analysis of isovists from the apartment entrance.
