Therefore, understanding the epidemiological factors involved in its distribution in the state of Pará is essential for better control. Objective: To characterize the clinical and sociodemographic profile of reported dengue cases across the mesoregions of the state of Pará, within the time frame from 2008 to 2022. Methodology: This is a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, based on data from the Notifiable Diseases Information System (Sinan), the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), and the Amazônia Foundation for Research Support (Fapespa), covering the period from January 2008 to December 2022. Results: Regarding the final classification of cases, Classical Dengue predominated in all mesoregions, followed by inconclusive/ignored/blank cases. When analyzing case distribution by age group, adults were the most affected, with the 20 to 39 age group representing the highest percentage of cases, followed by the 40 to 59 age group. Regarding the reported cases, the year 2011 had the highest number of annual notifications, totaling 19,233 cases, followed by 2012 with 16,611 cases and 2008 with 16,283 cases. Conversely, 2020 recorded the lowest number of cases in the period, totaling 3,527 reported cases, which may be attributed to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The predominant clinical form was Classical Dengue, reflecting the pattern observed in the literature, which identifies this form as the most prevalent in Brazil. Recovery was the most common outcome in all mesoregions, a positive result indicating a high rate of patient recovery. The epidemiological profile analysis of dengue across different mesoregions of Pará reveals significant variation patterns over time and between regions. Understanding these patterns and the factors influencing incidence is crucial for developing effective control and response strategies.Acesso AbertoDENVAedes aegyptiEpidemiologiaParáEpidemiologyCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::SAUDE COLETIVADistribuição espacial e perfil epidemiológico da dengue no estado do Pará (2008 – 2022)Trabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
