Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8266This work aimed to evaluate the usability and viability of an urban mobility application, for motorcycle taxi drivers and passengers, in the city of Castanhal-PA. The data were obtained from the application of an online questionnaire to the group of motorcycle taxi drivers who use the mobility application, from which quantitative analyses were carried out using the SUS method - System Usability Scale, to assess whether the application meets the usability requirements of an application of this nature. It was also possible, through the adaptation of the SUS method, to identify opportunities for improvements in the system, which will contribute to its better usability. The results obtained demonstrate that 100% of respondents fully agree to continue using the system and 80% agree with its ease of use.
