The effects caused by this industry have contributed to the emergence of analyses that span from the process of extracting raw materials to their final disposal. This research addresses the impacts caused by solid waste generated in civil construction, specifically regarding its treatment and reuse. A critical reflection on this topic is highly relevant due to the need to protect the environment and combat the pollution caused by Construction and Demolition Waste (CDW). Our proposed study aims to analyze and discuss the environmental effects of materials used in civil construction, as well as to examine suggestions for tackling the problems caused by CDW and the methods for treating this waste. It also seeks to promote the creation of a preliminary architectural design for a model treatment and recycling plant focused on managing these products.
