Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/3215This article approaches the theme of playfulness in children's development, since it emerges as a facilitating tool for learning, aiming to understand how these tools contribute to the teaching-learning process in Early Childhood Education, since the child has undergone several situations of violence and aggression until it is seen as a being of rights. The methodology used was the empirical research of qualitative approach, being exploratory and descriptive. Analyzing the interview results, we can see that the participants understand the importance of playfulness in the teachinglearning process in Early Childhood Education, but still find difficulty in using these tools, mainly due to the low availability of play materials.
