Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8125This study presents the final results of the research entitled: "Work and university: analysis of the profile of the training of young university workers of Leonardo da Vinci University Center (UNIASSELVI - Polo Cametá)" coordinated by Professor Dr. João Batista do Carmo Silva, integrating the major project "Training, Work and University: analysis of the training profile of university workers of the course of Pedagogy in the Municipality of Cametá / Pa. The purpose of this study was to analyze the process of training and insertion of young university workers in the world of work, in order to explain the implications of the early insertion of these professionals still in training in the "labor market". For this, it was developed in three phases that included: bibliographical survey and study sessions, documentary research and field research. And based on the analysis made during this study, we highlight that most of the students of UNIASSELVI-Cametá 73.81% are workers, and of this percentage, only 17, 90% have their work portfolio signed, leaving a total of 82.10 % of students enrolled in informal work, it is also worth noting that 52.74% of these students have children, and 39.95% are young people between 18 and 24 years of age, and that 41.49% have a daily workload of 8 or more hours, and that for these reasons 36.63% have available a maximum of 2 hours of studies, 23.73% 1 hour and only 0.25% offer 4 hours or more.
