With this purpose, the present study seeks, through detailed evaluations, to propose the rehabilitation of a historic building located on Av. Boulevard Castilho França, which is currently in a state of deterioration, for the creation of a coworking space. The proposal involves redesigning its internal structure while preserving its original external features.
