Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/6187The viral outbreak of the new coronavirus began in a Chinese province and quickly spread to other continents, causing the COVID-19 pandemic. Given this scenario, the Federal Council of Nutritionists (CFN) has granted online service on an exceptional and temporary basis. Thus, this study aimed to analyze the experience of nutritionists with remote care, considering the ethical and legal aspects for its realization, and discussing the advantages and limitations during the consultation. The research consists of a narrative review, which was developed through a bibliographic survey using descriptors in scientific databases. About telecare, it is possible to avoid the displacement of the patient, reduce waiting time, safeguard patients and professionals, as well as perform routine care without having to expose oneself to congested health services. However, the lack of contact can interfere with the performance of physical examinations, the professional-patient relationship, and treatment compliance. Furthermore, lack of training, connection instability, and other technological and structural issues influence the quality of the service provided. Thus, we conclude that the use of Information and Comunication Technology (TIC) in health services during the pandemic was a viable method, which can remain as a complement to the personal care.Acesso AbertoTelessaúdeTelenutriçãoPandemiaCOVID-19TelehealthTelenutritionPandemicCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::NUTRICAOTelessaúde e o cuidado nutricional durante a pandemia de covid-19: uma revisão narrativaTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
