The research adopted a qualitative-quantitative approach, grounded in ethnobiology and human ecology, using semi-structured interviews conducted by community residents, known as Mangrove Researchers, through the KoboToolbox application. A total of 117 local observations were recorded involving artisanal fishermen, shellfish gatherers, and extractivists, allowing for the systematization of the diversity of socio-biodiversity resources and their economic, cultural, and symbolic dimensions. The results revealed a pluriactive economy, based primarily on artisanal fishing and the harvesting of mangrove resources, with a strong dependence on natural cycles. A structured system of traditional ecological knowledge was identified, expressed through ecological calendars, environmental indicators, and community rules for resource use. The heritage inventory revealed the integration of biodiversity, territoriality, and cultural heritage, including material goods, knowledge, traditional practices, symbolic sites, and sacred spaces. Community conservation strategies were highlighted, such as respect for the reproductive period, avoidance of juvenile capture, alternating collection areas, and protection of natural nurseries, which characterize an adaptive management system transmitted intergenerationally. It is concluded that citizen science constitutes an effective instrument for recording and valuing traditional knowledge, strengthening territorial governance, and contributing to the conservation of Amazonian mangroves.
