Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9734This academic portfolio reflects my journey at the Federal University of Pará, with an emphasis on my participation in the Institutional Teaching Initiation Scholarship Program (PIBID), in which I served as a volunteer scholarship holder. This experience allowed me to engage in the practice of teaching in a concrete and meaningful way. I had the opportunity to develop a game aimed at facilitating the teaching of Mathematics, helping to demystify the idea that learning this subject is boring. Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Renato Germano Reis Nunes, this work discusses the impact of PIBID on the education of future Mathematics teachers, detailing the subproject developed and my contributions as a participant. It also covers activities related to mathematical modeling, with the goal of collecting and analyzing data to obtain relevant results. In this context, three academic articles are presented, each representing a significant part of my experiences during the course. These articles address important topics related to the teaching of Mathematics, highlighting different pedagogical approaches, teaching resources, and educational technologies: "Polynomial Race: In the Context of PIBID, a Methodology for Teaching Mathematics": This article proposes a practical and interactive activity for studying polynomial-related topics. It uses paper, question cards, dice, and two character figurines as pedagogical tools. "Mathematical Modeling Applied to the Analysis of Dengue Cases in Brazil: A Statistical Approach Using DATASUS Data": This study explores data collected from the DATASUS platform. Out of curiosity, I raised the question: "Is there a difference between genders in contracting dengue?" which became the starting point of the investigation. A key tool for handling the data was the Python programming language. "Evolution of Congenital Syphilis Among Males and Females from 2001 to 2023: A Comparative Study": This article focused on the differences in the spread of the disease between genders, using data also collected from DATASUS.Acesso AbertoEnsino de matemáticaModelagem matemáticaPIBIDMathematics educationMathematical modelingCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOModelagem matemática na formação acadêmicaTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - MonografiaAttribution-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
