Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/5011Hemovigilance is an element of transfusion safety defined as a set of surveillance procedures from the collection of blood and its components to the follow-up of recipients aimed at collecting and assessing information on unexpected or undesirable effects resulting from the therapeutic use of blood products and to prevent their occurrence. Whereas the powers assigned to ANVISA, it has formulated the RDC n. 153/04, which determines the technical regulation for haemotherapic procedures. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of the risk committee in compliance with paragraphs governing the RDC 153/04, in a public hospital in Belém-Pa, in the year 2010. This study was conducted through the survey of spreadsheets used in research by the risk committee, looking for the occurrence of non compliance following the technical regulation for haemotherapic procedures. It was checked a total of 1260 non compliance.
