In the national scenario, these reinforcements are industrially produced only in the state of São Paulo, forcing more distant regions to deal with high transport costs or resort to in situ production. In practice, jobsite-made shear studs may present variations regarding head diameter and thickness, bar surface roughness, and length. Accordingly, this work seeks to evaluate the performance of slab-column connections reinforced for shear with studs from various manufacturing processes using experimental results from the literature organized into a database. This database comprises 104 test results of slab-column connections, specifically flat slabs reinforced for punching shear with studs, selected from 28 authors. All slabs featured centric loading with circular or square columns and exhibited failure within the reinforced region, delamination, or concrete crushing adjacent to the column, with effective depth (d) ranging from 83 mm to 464 mm, flexural reinforcement ratio (ρl) between 0.32% and 2.02%, concrete compressive strength (fc) between 17.5 Mpa and 67.0 Mpa, steel yield strength (fy) between 420 Mpa and 905 Mpa, and shear reinforcement ratio (ρw) between 0.21% and 1.74%.
