Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/2498This work of course completion aimed to ascertain the school management models that permeate the municipal system of Acará-PA, specifically how management is perfomed within the school in focus (Pinto Marques), and how this management ensures learning in this environment . Throungh a case study that was basead on documentary analysis, observation and semi-structured interviews, it was verified how school management and guarantee of democratic management in the municipality, in the Municipal Education System (SME) are organized and executed. Analisys of documents such as: (PME, CME), and also of the oversigth body – Municipal Education Forum – democratic management is assured, but what we identify is that in practice it does not occur in the same way, in relation to the form of management exercised in the Pinto Marques elementary school, his practice is directed to authoritarianism by the director, although his vision ensures that the management developed in ti is democratic, in this sense the improvement of learning in school does not happen, as it is not guaranteed a healthy inter-relationship that helps in the effort and the search for this improvement.Acesso AbertoPráticas de gestãoGestão democráticaGerencialismoManagement practicesDemocratic managementManagerialismCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - Monografia
