Through qualitative bibliographic research, it is evidenced that affection contributes to creating a welcoming school environment, fostering autonomy, confidence, motivation, cooperation, and enjoyment in the teaching-learning process. The results indicate that pedagogical practice grounded in affection enhances student engagement, strengthens mutual respect, and enables meaningful learning. The study is based on the theories of Henri Wallon and Jean Piaget, emphasizing affection as an essential tool for integral and humanized education.Acesso AbertoAfetividadeRelação professor-alunoEnsino-aprendizagemAutonomiaPrática pedagógicaAffectionTeacher-student relationshipTeaching-learningAutonomyPedagogical practiceCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOA relação professor aluno: a importância da afetividade no ensino fundamentalTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - ArtigoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
