It seeks to know how this academic library has appropriated Web 2.0 tools not only in the provision of information products and services, but also in the construction of virtual relationships with users. It analyzes the experience of this library in the use of social media. It uses data obtained from the library profile on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, complemented by semi-structured interviews. It verifies that with the use of the social media the BC broadens its relations with the users in the Internet.
