Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/7940This paper presents an insight into the phenomenon of learning, based on a case study, which analyzes the learning curve and productivity rates resulting from the services in question, in a multi-storey residential building - types of a high-standard construction project in Belém do Pará, in the northern region of Brazil, specifically in the executive services of formwork and reinforcement; lifting of ceramic block sealing masonry and installation of internal ceiling tiles. The phenomenon of apprenticeship is a typical aspect of productive organizations based on the technical fragmentation of work, with an emphasis on production processes in civil construction services. This phenomenon is revealed when a worker begins to perform repetitive work, mainly manual. As they produce more, the repetition of mechanical tasks familiarizes them with the movements, the use of tools and the handling of materials, so they become more adept at the task. The result shows a basic reduction in direct labor hours per unit, and consequently an increase in productivity, where it is noticeable to see the learning curve in the services in question, despite the homogeneity of the data, but there is one specific service where it is not noticeable to see the learning phenomenon.
