The document was prepared in accordance with Resolution No. 1/2024 of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering - CAMTUC, which regulates the flexibility of the Undergraduate Thesis, as established by IN No. 5/2023 of PROEG-UFPA. This study addresses the development and implementation of a complete aquaponics system, integrating digital manufacturing techniques and automation to optimize vegetable cultivation and fish farming in a symbiotic environment. The project was designed using digital manufacturing processes, such as laser cutting, 3D printing, and CNC milling, enabling the production of customized components with high precision and modularity. The system automation was implemented using the ESP32 microcontroller, allowing the monitoring and control of critical variables, including water level, fish feeding, and plant irrigation. The results obtained demonstrate that the application of automation technologies, combined with digital manufacturing, enhances the system’s efficiency and reliability, reducing waste and increasing sustainability.
