Acesso em:.http://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/1323This article aims to analyze the speech acts present in the Brazilian government executive decree published in the Federal Official Gazette, using the foundations of pragmatic theory, especially the theories of speech acts proposed by Austin and Searle.
