Acesso em: .https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/9735The Amazon is a region rich in all aspects, rich in its natural formation surrounded by its pre-Cambrian borders and in its Holocene valley which, besides the largest river in length and volume of water, also has the largest tropical forest and biodiversity, sheltering millennially also traditional peoples who helped build this space, and who today share the same territory with agribusiness, mining, hydroelectric dams, illegal deforestation, among others, much due to the policies of occupation of the Amazon in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. These policies and the unbridled use of natural resources cause impacts, many of which are still unknown. In this sense, this research intends to analyze the environmental dynamics of the Araguari River Watershed in Amapá aiming to understand the natural and anthropic interferences that result in the landscape. To this end, we will work with time series of satellite images from 2000 to 2020 by means of indexes through the Google Earth Engine platform.
