In a business context, especially for vehicle rental companies catering to rideshare drivers, creating a maintenance plan becomes crucial due to the intensive use and varied traffic conditions. The reliability of vehicles used in services like Uber and 99 is directly linked to the implementation of an effective maintenance plan, which impacts fleet availability and customer satisfaction. This paper advocates for the need for a specific maintenance plan for LocaBel Vehicle Rental and Services Ltd, aiming to meet customer demands and ensure safety and trust in the vehicles. Furthermore, a well-structured plan can reduce operational costs and increase profits by minimizing failures and unplanned downtime. The research will include an analysis of the current maintenance practices at the company, identifying areas for improvement and proposing a customized plan.
