It is an exploratory and descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. It uses for data collection the application of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, along with twenty-five participants, fourteen of whom are female and eleven male, of which one of the Librarians is interviewed who works at the institution. It concludes that users want the library to offer more media equipment, more educational games and to promote their sporting events.
