The research explores the fundamentals of executive production, covering everything from the conception of the project to its completion and distribution. Aspects such as planning, budget, logistics, team coordination and exhibition strategies are analyzed. The study highlights the challenges faced in the production of an academic short film, highlighting the importance of the executive producer in managing esources and making the film viable.
