This study analyzes environmental inequality in the municipality of Ananindeua (PA), part of the Belém Metropolitan Region, using indicators of access to the general water network, household waste collection, and sewage disposal, based on data from the 2022 Census and geoprocessing techniques. The results show strong heterogeneity between sectors with full coverage and those with minimal coverage, revealing the concentration of services in central and historically more favored areas. In water supply, sectors with coverage of 80% to 100% have an average of 90.81%, while in the 0% to 20% range, the average is only 3.23%. Garbage collection follows a similar pattern, ranging from 97.86% in the best-served areas to 9.20% in the most precarious areas. Sanitary sewage shows the greatest disparity: only 32 sectors have full coverage, while 535 sectors do not exceed 20% coverage, with an average of 4.97%. These data confirm that the precariousness of sanitation infrastructure compromises public health, accentuates socio-spatial segregation, and highlights the absence of equitable investment policies.
