And starting from this phenomenology called: theater; I revive, build, destroy and rebuild my body. This realizing the various constructions of anarcomethodological characters. In four sessions I talk about how engendering aches, wounds, and scars result in teaching about self-care; I care about this that goes beyond the I, from me, and flows into a group of women who have in common the daily struggles of being a woman, the various wounds and not knowing how to deal with the various psychological disorders acquired by daily silence. Third through personal theater the construction of various characters, playwrights and staging, as a result I develop methods of teaching voice-driving theater.
