This technology has been changing and making people’s lives easier, optimizing tasks and providing full connectivity between a wide range of devices. Applying IoT to animal health monitoring is an important step in integrating technologies into the care and support of researchers in veterinary medicine. Aiming at animal welfare, the research explores developing a data acquisition and transmission system that allows real-time monitoring of the health of small and large animals, aiming at the collection and transmission of vital data such as blood pressure and heart rate.
