The present work aims to objective to demonstrate Banach’s Fixed Point Theorem, which constitutes one of the most important result in the study of metric spaces when establishing conditions for the existence and uniqueness of fixed points of certain continuous functions, in addition to influencing the interdisciplinary of Mathematics with other areas of knowledge.
