Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/4900This Work Completion of course aims to present a study on the special areas of social interest (Zonas Especiais de Interesse Social - ZEIS), and drawing up a plan for urbanization of ZEIS Maguari Açú municipality of Ananindeua – Pará - Brasil, set in the context of precarious settlements in environmentally sensitive areas. Comprising a portion on land and another on stilts on the banks of Igarapé Itabira, a tributary of river Maguari Açú, the occupation which forms the ZEIS continues advancing on green remnants and along the watercourse precariously due to lack an estate plan and recovery of these areas in the municipality of Ananindeua and more specifically in ZEIS concerned.
