This research proposed to answer the following question: What are the main difficulties that the field teacher faces to develop their functions? For its realization, it was chosen bibliographical research and field research. The approach is qualitative. The techniques of data collection used were: documentary analysis and the observation and application of questionnaires. The subjects of the survey were 01professor of the class Multisseriada (1st to 5th) year of the school Chico Mendes. To substantiate the discussions, we use the following analytical categories: Multisseriada class and its obstacles; Reality of the field public schools.
