The emphasis of this work is to innovate cost reduction strategies, updating its procedures and aiming for continuous improvement projects. To assist in the implementation of this tool and find balance in relation to the purchase of inputs, we use spreadsheets to organize the data. With management encouraging its employees to seek alternatives to reduce costs in the process without interfering with the quality of the products. It was found that using reverse logistics, it was possible to reduce the costs of certain inputs ranging between 30% and 100%, aiming to improve operational services. With the implementation of this methodology, the composition of the action plan was applied, allowing investments in the organizational structure, operational gains and environmental contribution.
