The research aims to establish a possibility where each individual to move with your vehicle, on a rainy day, so you can take advantage of rainwater in the windshield wiper and cooling system among others. Every Resource Management in a closed system, where from the hydrological cycle, may be calculated from rainfall in the city of Belém do Pará, the feasibility of collecting an insignificant fraction of the total rainfall, but very significant for reservoirs inside vehicles is justified and so as to be compared with the "rain catcher" so that the principle works in cars, in this case using a bulkhead fitting with features simple and similar to gutters or roofs "permeable". From the graphs it is possible to provide for the precipitation amount of water collected for use in a vehicle, it is necessary to (i) the rainfall data, (ii) pickups located on roofs and hoods of vehicles, (iii) reservoirs (iv) estimates of consumption and (v) comparisons.
