Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/6677This memorial aims to reflect on the Executive production of Family Photographer, a fictional short film prepared and produced in a university context, in which he also assumes the role of Production Director. Due to the peculiarities that university production presents, the main one being the lack of resources, I highlight in the text the strategies outlined by Executive Production to finance this project, considering fundraising strategies on social networks, donations and loans, mainly trying to promote the minimum comfort that the university set is capable of giving to those who volunteer in the production. In this way, the memorial is mainly structured around the delimitation of the Executive Producer's duties, considering the tasks assigned to him, such as fundraising strategies, deadlines, administration of the very low budget without trampling on the management vision, using all the creativity inherent to the role. Next, I describe the production phases of the short family photographer until the post-production and distribution and exhibition phase of the work.
