The objective of this work is to systematically review the three fundamental pillars that make up Law 12.965 of April 23, 2014, freedom of expression, net neutrality, protection of privacy, legislation establishing principles, guarantees, rights and obligations to use the Internet in Brazil in order to regulate the Internet in the country that determine the guidelines for governmental spheres in relation to Internet service providers and content, as well as a reflection on the correlation importance of the Internet with globalization . Bringing also the exposure of international regulations in the parents: Chile, Spain, France and the USA. In addition to making a state of the art with other monographs on said law.
