Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/8606The update of the DNIT 031/2024-ES standard introduced significant changes in its structure and technical guidelines compared to the previous version (DNIT 031/2006- ES), highlighting the expansion of normative content and the enhanced rigor in material control, asphalt mixture production, and the execution of the surface layer. Given the relevance of these updates, this research is dedicated to a comparative analysis of both versions of the standard, emphasizing their differences and the addition of new items. For the practical application of this analysis, a construction site located on Rua da Marinha, in the Marambaia neighborhood of Belém-PA, was selected. The objective was to verify whether the requirements established in the updated standard were already being met in this project.
