In the context of e-commerce, efficient information organization enables intuitive navigation and impacts how users interact with a website. This study aims to analyze the Information Architecture systems on the Livraria Leitura website, assessing the efficiency of its organization, navigation, search, and labeling elements. Additionally, it seeks to identify potential limitations and propose improvements to optimize user experience. The research is characterized as exploratory and descriptive, with a qualitative approach, conducted through a case study. Four essential IA systems on the site were analyzed: organization, navigation, search, and labeling, to understand their efficiency and identify possible enhancements. The results highlighted positive aspects, such as intuitive navigation, well-defined categorization, efficient integration between labeling and menus, and a functional search system. However, limitations were also identified, including the lack of personalization in recommendations and the absence of accessibility features, such as contrast adjustments and compatibility with screen readers. It is concluded that, despite the site's organized and efficient structure, the implementation of personalization and accessibility mechanisms could enhance user experience. Improvements in these areas would enable more inclusive navigation tailored to user needs, aligning with best practices in Information Architecture.Acesso AbertoArquitetura da informaçãoEncontrabilidadeNavegaçãoUsabilidadeComércio eletrônicoInformation architectureFindabilityNavigationUsabilityE-commerceCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::CIENCIA DA INFORMACAO::BIBLIOTECONOMIAArquitetura da informação do website da Livraria LeituraTrabalho de Curso - Graduação - MonografiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
