Acesso em:.https://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/7881This article aims to reflect on pedagogical practices of Environmental Education (EE) in Early Childhood Education (ECE). It is based on bibliographic research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out from October to November 2023 mainly from journals available from the google scholar databases, event annals, catalog, and monogram digital library of the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). The search words used were: EE, IE, pedagogical practices and their possible combinations. A sample of 19 publications was selected for content analysis. The results indicate that the theme has several limitations in the approach to EE in ECE, it is necessary to develop more research in this area, as well as the need to promote adequate training, especially in the FAPED/CCAST course, so that this inclusion is actually consolidated within public schools. It was also found that both educators and guiding documents outline paths to EE. However, the information presented in the survey proved to be insufficient for the deployment of good EE practices in ECE.
