Thus, this work aims to study the regeneration process and evaluate its economic and environmental viability in a mining company in southeastern Pará. Through interviews and technical visits it was possible to understand in detail all the logistics of the oil treatment process. Besides that, through studies and analysis it was possible to identify that the regenerated oil is not offering the desired economic viability, since a failure was detected in one of the stages of oil treatment logistics. From that, the causes and solutions were pointed out to extinguish such problem.
