The objective of the work was to develop a functional prototype capable of reproducing, on a reduced scale, typical overhead crane operations, including electrical control circuits, interlocking systems, and three-phase motor actuation. Initially, the electrical circuit was modeled and simulated using the CADe_SIMU software, allowing prior validation of the control logic and interlocking systems before physical implementation. Subsequently, the experimental bench was assembled using contactors, auxiliary relays, circuit breakers, and normally open push buttons operating in momentary mode. For remote actuation, the ESP8266 microcontroller integrated with an eight-channel relay module was used, associated with a mobile application developed on the MIT App Inventor platform. The remote system was designed to electrically reproduce the same commands executed by the physical push buttons while maintaining the safety logic implemented in the control circuit. The obtained results demonstrated the proper operation of the implemented functions, including forward, reverse, lifting, lowering, lateral displacement, and stop commands, as well as the correct operation of the electrical interlocking system, preventing conflicting commands during operation. Stable communication between the mobile application and the microcontroller was also verified, enabling functional and safe remote operation of the system. It is concluded that the developed system presented satisfactory performance as an experimental bench applied to the study of industrial electrical control systems, enabling the integration between conventional actuation techniques and complementary remote control resources.Acesso AbertoPonte rolanteComandos elétricosIntertravamento elétricoControle remotoAutomação industrialOverhead craneElectrical control systemsElectrical interlockingRemote controlIndustrial automationCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA ELETRICA::ELETRONICA INDUSTRIAL, SISTEMAS E CONTROLES ELETRONICOS::AUTOMACAO ELETRONICA DE PROCESSOS ELETRICOS E INDUSTRIAISDesenvolvimento de um protótipo de comando elétrico para ponte rolante integrado a um sistema de controle remoto via ESP8266Trabalho de Curso - Graduação - MonografiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Brazil
