The choice of monopole antennas is justified by their widespread use in radio base stations and their manufacturing simplicity. Given the inherent complexity of the nonlinear relationship between the geometric parameters and the electromagnetic response of the structure, we developed a regression model based on the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm, whose simplicity and low computational cost proved advantageous compared to other regression methods. The proposed model maps the resonant frequency (input variable) to the conductor radius and a height correction factor (output variables). The dataset used for training the KNN model was generated from the electromagnetic responses of the array, computed using the Finite Integration Technique (FIT). The algorithm was implemented in Python (v3.13) using the Scikit-Learn library. Based on the results, prototypes of the designed array were fabricated for experimental validation of the numerical findings, confirming a reflection coefficient (S11) below-10 dB at 3.5 GHz and a suitable far-field radiation pattern.
