The justification for this discussion lies in the frequent emergency situations that occur within the school context, as it is an environment that gathers a significant number of children and students. Therefore, reflecting on the need for first aid training, especially for professionals who work directly with children and students, becomes essential. The methodology adopts a qualitative approach, based on bibliographic reviews that address the topic, aiming to emphasize the training of more well-rounded professionals for the work environment, ensuring the necessary preparation not only for teaching but also for meeting the daily demands of the school context.
