The study, qualitative and descriptive in nature, adopted documentary research and participant observation as the main data collection and analysis methods, along with a literature review to provide theoretical support for the investigation. The Artemis Leite Library stands out for its specialized work in the legal field, offering technical and informational support to MPPA members, advisors, and staff. It was identified that the library adopts strict criteria in selecting its informational sources, considering aspects such as thematic relevance, source credibility, and alignment with the institutional context. This practice aims to ensure that the information provided meets the informational demands of legal practitioners effectively. In addition to its physical collection, the library expanded its reach through the adoption of digital platforms, enabling staff located in remote regions to efficiently access legal information. It was revealed that the library maintains constant updates to its collection through practices such as daily searches for new publications, user suggestions, and participation in events organized by the Center for Studies and Functional Improvement (CEAF). The study concluded that the Artemis Leite Library effectively and meticulously manages its legal information sources, ensuring the quality and credibility of the content made available.
