Acesso em: .https://bdm.ufpa.br/handle/prefix/5231This work appears as a proposal to introduce the initial concepts of Linear Programming in High School, taking into account the skills and abilities that the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC) suggests. In this sense, our object of study is first to propose a teaching of Linear Programming through the Graphic Method, thus, we seek to present basic concepts in a way that is understandable for high school students. We present problem situations in order to exemplify how we can approach Linear Programming in the classroom and thus relate linear programming with linear systems, considering that linear systems is content taught in High School. In addition, the use of the SOLVER software for computational solution of Linear Programming Problems (LPP) addressed in this work was added. The development of this proposal took place through a qualitative methodology, consulting references that address ways of trying to insert Linear Programming in High School through the resolution of problems with or without the aid of computational tools, we started from the analysis of other authors who showed the possibility of teaching of this content and how the approach could be initiated.
