Acesso em: .http://bdm.ufpa.br/jspui/handle/prefix/1889This research aimed to promote a diagnostic analysis of how the entities of federal, state and municipal authorities and the private sector, are seeking mechanisms for implementation of the guidelines proposed by the National Solid Waste Politcs, introduced by law 12.305 of August 2, 2010. Initially we carried out a survey of the situation of solid national, state and municipal waste, its destination and the insertion of recyclable materials in the supply chain policy. The relevant laws on the solids to thesupport the proposals to be developed in public sector waste were cited. Development proposals have emerged as the State Law of solid waste established by the Department of Environment in order to fit the guidelines of the federal law. Others are being institutionalized by body as SEIDURB, FUNASA among others, to assist municipalities that need to build their plans for municipal solid waste management, thereby to have access to federal funds for Sanitation, and whose present is one of the management of solid waste, while served as a framework to outline the proposals submitted by agencies.
