The main objective is to carry out performance analysis through the use of KPI indicators adopted by the company in the year 2022, namely: Decline Rate (TD), Commercial Review (RC), Conversion Rate (TC) and Average Sales Cycle (CMV). These indicators were adopted in order to meet the goals set by the company in its strategic planning.
