The main aim was to identify the prevalence of pain complaints and symptoms of anxiety in this group, as well as to explore potential correlations between these factors. A descriptive quantitative approach was utilized, with data collected via online questionnaires, which included the Corlett Diagram and the DASS-21 Scale to measure pain and anxiety, respectively. The findings indicated that, except for a significant association of left foot pain with high levels of anxiety, no significant differences in pain perception were observed between the control group and the anxiety group. Other factors, such as living conditions and physical activity, did not show significant associations. The study’s conclusions highlight the complexity of pain and anxiety interactions, suggesting the importance of integrated management strategies for the physical and mental health of students.
